Brittany and Matt's Couple Session at the Ichnetucknee River

Haven grown up in North Florida, visiting the Ichnetucknee River is something that I look forward to every summer.  The river flows through lush forests and has beautiful crystal clear spring fed water.  I’ve always appreciated the natural beauty of this place and was excited to finally shoot there.  

I really wanted this shoot to reflect a typical Florida summer day at the river: casual, unposed, and full of joy and happiness. I arrived at the river with Brittany and Matt early on a Sunday morning in August and photographed them relaxing by the spring before getting in and playing in the water.  I am absolutely in love with how these images turned out.  They are the perfect representation of a typical North Florida weekend at the Ichnetucknee.
